Production Engineer

OPEN POSITIONS

We are seeking a multi-talented Production Engineer to join our rapidly growing technology team in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, you will be an essential part of our hardware manufacturing and assembly operations, performing the tasks outlined below. As the company continues to expand, your initiative and competence will shape your professional growth, with clear opportunities to advance into more senior roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic mechanical tasks (drilling, thread cutting, deburring, etc.).
  • Carry out basic electrical work (crimping, soldering wires and PCBs).
  • Assemble mechanical products and prototypes independently and with precision.
  • Read, interpret, and apply wiring/cabling diagrams for prototypes and products.
  • Configure software and perform basic testing before QC handoff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system/component issues.
  • Source components based on technical specs and project needs.
  • Create and maintain product assembly and configuration instructions.
  • Operate workshop tools and equipment for fabrication and assembly.
  • Assist with last-minute logistics to ensure timely project completion.


Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience or practical ability to perform the responsibilities outlined above.
  • Solid understanding of various manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian and English, including the ability to read and write in technical English.
  • Most importantly – a strong desire and ability to learn new things!


Bonus points for:

  • Prior experience in rapid prototyping, R&D, or similar roles.
  • A relevant engineering degree.
  • A maker/hacker mindset.
  • Experience with CNC operations, 3D modelling, or 3D printing.
  • Basic knowledge of PCB design.

Gross monthly salary: EUR 2500 – 3500. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
